- Listing information — addresses, photos, pricing, availability, and descriptions that landlords choose to publish.
- Inquiries and messages — the content of contact forms, applications, and communications you send through the Service.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, searches, approximate location, IP address, browser, and device type, collected automatically.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.
- Payment information — handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service — including search, listings, verification, and support.
- Connect renters and landlords and facilitate inquiries.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and policy violations.
