Beautiful property located just 15-20 minutes from Uptown Dallas. This property oversees a beautiful pond and stunning park grounds that provide uninterrupted views and lots of outdoor space to go walking, biking, or just relaxing. The house rents each room privately with a month to month lease options to provide flexibility and freedom for renters. Currently, 2 of the 4 rooms are rented. Each room rents for $500 per month, for the exception of the master bedroom. The master has already been rented. The other 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. UPDATE - All rooms are rented for the exception of the last $500 room. If you are interested let me know. - UPDATE Utilities are split 1/4 to each renter. This is a very clean home, polite renters only. Spanish speakers are a plus.
